his/her team members. Our projects provide you with the flexibility you
need to tweak to perfection. We give you the freedom to work the way
you work best. You can talk with the client (or not), drive the entire
design, or adjust specifics to your heart's content - the possibilities
are limitless!
There's no such thing as a 'two-day' or
'two-week' Bitfactory project. The designer is always the key person in
the start-up of a project, and he/she continues to work closely with
the interactive developers through completion. The lines of
communication at Bitfactory are short and direct, enabling you to reach
your project's highest potential with maximum cooperation.

Ensuring that all finished designs meet (or exceed) Bitfactory standards of excellence -
Always delivering your best work - and making each new project even better than the last!
Qualifications
You must have:

A portfolio site or examples that clearly demonstrate your abilities

A working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;

Experience in, and a good understanding of, website layout, design and usability standards;

A passion for details - the desire to fix every last pixel;

The ability to accept constructive feedback and provide it to others.
